Use deceptive tactics and auto renew without any notification emails. They have been charging for a service I have not used in over 7 years without once sending a "your subscription is renewing" email. Avoid at all costs and go somewhere else like Adobe which acts responsibly—I contacted support who refused to issue any refund other than the lastest payment.
