I would not even give one star.For years, I enjoyed their simple product: pay 50 bucks, get access to 5 photographs.In the last couple years, however, they have installed a hidden Auto-renew button somewhere that is turned to On as a default.So, when you make what you think is one-time purchase, you have actually signed up for monthly payments in perpetuity, unless you check your credit card records and make a stink about it. Both in Nov. 2022 and in Nov 2021, I found that I had been victim to their "if you don't turn off auto-renew, you keep paying" scam. Why do I call it a scam? Because, their auto-renew is not visible anywhere you navigate when making your purchase.Like I told them, just because having a hidden feature is not illegal, it still remains immoral and underhanded -- akin to the kind of bank fine print that led to the housing crisis and the Great Recession.I sent them screenshots asking where that dreaded button was, but I just got a gibberish answer that auto-renew is for our "convenience" and where to go looking for it (I still cannot find it).I did indeed get my refunds in 2021 and 2022, but this time saying it was a "last exception," as though they did me a favour returning my funds that they took without asking me in the first place. Needless to say, I am ENDING my business with them. I will go check out the competition. Good luck to anyone who wants to deal with what used to be an honest site run by honest people.
