Shameful cancellation practice…I realised today that a ‘trial’ I signed up for has been running for ten months at £19.99 — partly my stupidity for not checking, granted.But when I emailed to ask if my unused downloads could be taken into account and converted into credits and to cancel the plan, I was told that it will cost £90 (!!!) cancellation fee!How can this be allowed? An online only service like this cannot legitimately charge this amount simply for removing a card from their system!!
