A few months ago, I paid for a Shutterstock subscription for a month. I distinctly remember cancelling my autorenew. A month passed and I was still charged. I contacted Shutterstock and they refunded the payment. Around six months later I need some more photos so I took out another monthly subscription and because of what happened the last time, I made an extra, extra special not to cancel. The same thing happened. I was charged again. So either their software or site design makes you think you've cancelled when you haven't. I think this was done on purpose. I won't be using them again.
