Terrible. I needed a few pictures for one event. Even though I made sure I chose “no auto renewal” I have been billed Aug 2021 when I 1st subscribed, again in July 2022 and a 3rd time In Aug 2022 on my yearly date. I contacted help and was billed an additional $40 to cancel the plan.
