If I could give it no stars I would.The draw you in with the free trial.I'm usually pretty good at cancelling these sorts of things and have no idea why on this occasion apparently I didn'tYou don't get emailed saying your free trial is ending - the next thing you know the money is out of your accountI was charged further money to cancel it. There is no appeal and the person on the chat clearly gets these messages constantly and really didn't careNot a great business model....
