I agree with a few others that have shared their experience here. When you sign up, you agree to their terms, which state that your subscription automatically changes into a pro-subscription, for which you then immediately pay €90,- a year. I assumed I had timely cancelled the subscription, but apparently that never came through. I contacted the customer service straight after the subscription changed, and all I got were sentences that could simply be copied and sent to everyone that had fallen for this scam. Questions I have posed in my communication that didn't get any reply:Why don't you have monthly subscriptions?Why isn't there any notice or reminder shortly before the free period expires?Answers to said questions, based on personal experience: we want to take as much money as possible away from unsuspecting users.It's an unethical practice based on greed, and I therefore urge everyone not to use this platform.
