Don’t download this app if you want to talk to a bot and get denied access to your account of 10 years worth over something very minor. Seriously you guys need to step up and get this app sorted with real people who can actually REPLY to you and solve an issue. My dad who I haven’t spoke to in two years would reply faster than Snapchat team, a bot like where is the human decency??????My Snapchat got deleted over something I didn’t even know was illegal and 10 years of my memories are gone. The only pictures I have left of my brother and my dog who both died. I have no other personal videos of either of them. Snapchat needs to really consider their actions this shit is so heartbreaking none of my memories will upload to my phone or my laptop because it’s 10 YEARS WORTH. Should be ashamed of yourselves it’s so stupid you guys are ridiculous and I hope you lose business.
