Be aware that the suppliers they recommend to you are the ones that are paying them. Love the idea of free advice and customer reviews. Not so keen that they are selling my name to the vendors they suggest. Gartner seem to be gobbling up others in this space (Capterra and GetApp) so it's obviously a lucrative business model. Anyone know of an organisation that really is independent.
