Spotify customer support/ tech support…

Spotify customer support/ tech support is straight up trash! For TWO days i have been on chat for HOURS with various people because they keep disconnecting you when they cant fix the issue or when you ask for an escalation. There is no way to stop the app from autoplaying when you put your earbuds in! Its annoying as all hell and on their consumer community page, its pages and pages of this same problem by customers since 2011 with no one at this company even attempting to fix this issue. All it would take is for them to add a feature to disconnect that option, but they are too busy counting our money they are getting and not helping their customers.This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with in years. This is 2024, we shouldn't have to go through this. Garbage company!
