PATHETIC

Having paid for premium for years i decided to have 1 month off due to being a bit short on cash this month. Having done so I will never go back to premium as i intended as the way Spotify treats non paying customers is absurd. Advertising is fair enough when you arent paying but playing the same just eat ad over and over again is not only annoying but pushing obesity further. The main thiung though is they do everything they can to annoy you to get you to pay premium. Cant play a song you like, adding songs to your playlist to prevent you from playing the music you actually want to listen to. Lost a customer of years just play ads like every other company instead of being over the top greedy to finance footballers wages. Oh and by the way they charged me twice for 3 years and wouldnt refund one of them as i had logged into it to check why i was being charged twice. PATHETIC.I'd imagine trustpilot will delete this as per.
