Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service! I had Premium Family account, paid from my credit card. My bank withheld a payment as they wrongly suspected it to be fraudulent ( do t know why, it’s Spotify 🤷‍♂️) However, Spotify immediately suspended my account. When I contacted them, my only option apparently was to resubscribe, just like a new customer, and have to reinvite my family members. No other option available. I would have thought that the customer would get at least a day or so grace and an email to notify them that the account would be suspended. So IVe cancelled it completely and gone with Amazon Music instead. ( which I have to say is surprising much much better)
