Ditto the other reviews about poor customer service. They sent around an email instructing us to manually reset forms attached to Google Drive, but after I followed the instructions to a t nothing worked. And then I spent the next hour trying to get customer service through chat (sorry, unusually high volume) and email. The one guy that did respond just copied and pasted the same instructions I already had and then ghosted. I spent the next 2 hours figuring it out myself to keep my business running. Now, 10 days later, customer service is reaching out! Seriously? Oh, and my annual renewal price just went up. Again.
