Their customer service is appalling, making it impossible to get any support or resolve issues. The platform is incredibly difficult to navigate, filled with complicated procedures and excessive documentation that one simply does not have time to go through.Moreover, after my domain was transferred from Google to Squarespace, the experience worsened. I’ve found it exceedingly challenging to manage my domain settings due to the poorly designed user interface and lack of clear instructions.Dealing with Squarespace has been a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal without any meaningful customer support. I regret choosing them and strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need reliable and straightforward domain management services.
