This PlayStation support is the worst. I purchased a PS4 2013 and am asking if I can still retrieve my account. Still, customer support is asking for PlayStation games purchased from the PlayStation store, even if he has provided all the information he is asking for. I am unsure if it's worth it since I am retrieving my account for 2024. I haven't played PS4 and will try again, but this gave me a sour taste for even buying any game for PS5. Thank you, customer support. I am returning to PC and will return this stupid PS5 console!
