So I'm logged out of my playstation online account and the customer support person, called Kev, was very unhelpful.He asked for a serial number on the playstation which was fine and the order number of a purchase for playstation store that I bought 2-3 years ago. Once I explained I didn't have it and the email had been deleted he said nothing he can do.I then asked for someone else I can talk to about reopening my account and he doged the question the first time and then asks for my number for some one to ring later.I honestly don't have high hopes.
