I rarely message anyone on PlayStation I just play gta5 sometimes or something like call of duty and that’s it,I was beating someone in gta5 they got angry and messaged me outside of the game through the PlayStation messaging system they sent various images and texts about insults and things and I replied with ok just so they can understand that I don’t care they kept on texting me for hours I kept making fun of the guy but not in a inappropriate way or anything like that,next thing I know the same day 2 hours later I have a 30 day account suspension for pornographic content or obscene behavior,When I called costumer service they said we can’t due anything and repeated the dates of when I was banned and when the ban will be lifted within the 30 day period they did nothing at all.I have PlayStation plus premium and a ps5 that I transferred all my ps4 data to if I get fake reported again I loose hundreds of dollars of purchases and games and the 120 dollars I pay yearly for the ps plus premium so basically they take all my progress away all the money I spent away meaning I have no ownership over anything that I have bought I would not recommend getting a PlayStation or even becoming involved with anything PlayStation they don’t care about their players they care if you have money to give them I would much rather get an Xbox or a PC I have wasted now over 1000$ for nothing but a wasted ps5 and years of stolen progress,purchases and games,Really disappointed be smart think it over before you get involved with Sony or PlayStation.
