Should have read the reviews here before ordering from their website. Order is delayed and I haven't heard back from them. 26 people in the queue to talk to an agent who took 1h30min to get to me. Agent copy-pasted the FAQ and said he wouldn't help. I went with them hoping that ordering straight from the manufacturer was the safest bet. I was sorely wrong. Go with any other retailer instead.
