Signed up to 3 months PSN + to try it out after receiving a code. Sony set it up to auto renew without my realising.No problem I can refund it within 14 days.Email; no response. Live chat… try ONLY between these weekday hours while you are at work.4 days later get a chance; 40 minutes in the que for live chat. Reach position 0 and get message “agent has ended your chat session.”Try again but now it says“Back so soon; it seems chat has not been able to help you” and REFUSES to put me into another chat.Emailed again; no response.The 14 day guarantee is a lie because they do not let you speak to anyone to arrange the refund. Do not fall for it.
