I have been trying to return a game I purchased 3 different days, all of them wasting around 1 hr for failing attempt, and their chat server just not working or staying in hold forever, now im close to pass the day in their policy to return a game i cant even play because was a vr game and that isnt advertised and bought it now im stock with this, their suppport chat is really bad
