worst refund experience ever experienced.wanted to cancel a pre ordered game and the hassle and the time waste i have to go through is unacceptable for established company like the playstation.perhaps you need to take a page from amazon customer service.i feel like you took my money and you not willing to refund me and its my right as i'm still in my 14days cooling off period.i will never buy anything from you ever again
