Non-existent customer service – boycotting PS

Playstation is apparently very happy to scam its customers out of money when they move country. They have made it impossible to change the country of your account, meaning you can't add a bank account from your new country, and the only solution seems to be to make a second account and pay for a duplicate subscription if you want to keep playing online games that you have on each account.When I tried to ask for help from customer support (by the way, whose only form of customer support is a Twitter profile?), I was repeatedly ignored. If Playstation cares so little about providing an acceptable quality of service to its customers, it won't have me as one – I've canceled my subscription and will be avoiding the PS brand from now on.
