Absolutely horrendous customer support. I owned FF7 on PS4. I upgrade to the PS5 version of the game (for FREE through the PS Store) and then proceeded to buy the $15 Yufi addon story pack.. I got charged $61!!!! Somehow it added the FF7 PS5 version (which I already owned!) to my purchase without telling me. Thought it would be a hassle free call to get a refund for the FF7 that was tacked on.. NOPE. They said because I launched the game (WHICH I ALREADY OWNED), they would be unable to refund me! What an absolute scam. Bugs in the PS Store lead to them keeping my hard earned money and they refused to offer a refund in good faith. Worst customer support experience I've ever had. Avoid using PS Store at all costs.
