I have worked in customer service for over 10 years . This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had . This company is definitely scamming hardworking American tax payers . Ridiculous ! One agent lied about my refund being deposited back to my card , the other guy loser ! Disconnected the call on me because he simply didn't know how to respond to my question wow ! I will never recommend this company . You guys are defined as the scammers with the most horrible customer service reps . All for the money .
