Awful, money-grabbing wasters. Went for a free survey and nowhere is it clear you only get 40 responses. So then I think, well OK, maybe it was my fault for not realising, I'll pay a month's sub to get my results. But no, if you want one single month they demand $99 on an auto-renew basis or you have to pay the whole year at a rip-off £300+ !So this little money-grabbing policy has cost them a bad review, a customer who will never recommend or use them and the fee I would have willingly paid for a more reasonable month's subscription.Avoid this awful rip-off.
