My Target Circle Card had fraudulent charges. I have called, waited on hold more 5 times with each call, filled out a questionnaire which they can't even verify they received. I cancelled the account due to lack of security. I received a bill for the fraudulent charges and a new card. This has been going on for a month. Now the 4th supervisor I spoke to today hung up on me after telling me it could take up to 60 days. This is deplorable.
