In the future, I'm going to avoid ordering online as much as possible. My package was not delivered at my door and Target customer service told me it was not eligible for a refund. The photo the courier provided was of an upstairs window with no package in sight but they said that proved it was delivered. I had to argue with CS rep to explain why that isn't proof and they acted like they were doing me a huge favor refunding me under $6. If something more valuable didn't arrive, it would be a big deal and told me to avoid dealing with them unless I go in and KNOW I got my items. I only ordered this online because they were OOS on pickup. Their website is awful and has been for years too (trying to load the CS chat took 5+ mins). Data has gotten stolen. They should really figure out their online stuff.
