I went to the Target on Queens Boulevard in Queens New York on 8/5/2024 btw 3pm to 4pm. While I was there shopping in the home department w/my kids, a man/white “wearing a plaid shirt” who works there told my small kids who was sitting in a chair while I shop in a aisle next to them “until you buy the chair you can’t sit there”. When my kids told me I went to find him to ask about his distasteful statement and he told me that he said it. I asked him why they have to get up but 2 other kids white/latinos can sit in the other chair over there. The worker got down off the ladder and walked away. He racially profiled my kids and that is discrimination. These stores wants our money and racially profiling us. That man could have told them kindly not to sit there but he can’t hide the racism inside of him.
