I was trying to return a pair if jeans i purchased at Target in SanAntonio'Tx. At thecTarget located at SanPedro and 410east. Today the customer service person was RUDE and told me i could not exchange them and gave no reason WHY AFTER I ASKED HIM TWICE WHY NOT? HE PUSHED THE ITEM TOWARDS ME IN A HURRIED MANNER AS IF TO SAY YOUR TIME IS UP. HE CALLED THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE. I DID NOT PICK THEM UP AND I SAID NO WORRIES YOU KEEP THEM I CANT WEAR THEM.I LEFT THE STORE THINKING I WORK IN RETAIL SALES AT A FURNITURE RETAILER ACROSS THE STREET AND WOULD NEVER TREAT OUR CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A MANNER. I ALSO WILL NEVER, EVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT TARGET AGAIN. TOO MANY OTHER RETAILERS CAN EARN MY BUSINESS BY JUST AT LEAST ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS IF NOTHING ELSE. WITH THAT BEING SAID JUST KNOW ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT TARGET. DONT BELIEVE WHAT THE STORE SIGNAGE TELLS YOU OR WHAT THEIR SERVICE PERSONS TELL YOU if you are clothes shopping it seems all sales are final no matter what they tell you at the point of sale. This happened to me less than 4 hrs. Ago and if i went back right now it would be the same deal as this morning AND THEY JUST CUT YOU OFF AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT PERSON WHO I WISH ALL THE BEST BUT IM REAL SURE THAT TREATMENT IS USED ACROSS THE BOARD.
