Ordered a video game on Dec 12th, 2023, after finding out that the Xbox One version of this game that Target sold me doesn't exist. They waited until a week or two after the promised date to inform me they sold me non-existent goods. So then I ordered the PS4 version (which this review is about). They kept pushing the delivery date out until they finally said the item was being packaged for shipping on January 8, 2024. The process froze right there. No tracking number, no progress. I called Target around 8 times since January 8th (let's forget the other 8-10 calls I made since November when everything all started) and after a ton of run-around and people not knowing what is going on and eventually saying they submitted a ticket that never got looked at, FINALLY a tracking number was generated and they shipped out the item. I ordered it on December 12th as a replacement for an Order that happened around Thanksgiving (November), which Target cancelled on me due to their own error. Received on April 9th of the NEXT YEAR. This dragged-out 4 1/2 months and wasted at least 12 hours of my time. 2 months in, I had ordered a 2nd copy from Amazon that arrived in 2 days. Now, I have a 2nd copy of the game and am reselling it. Also, Target removed the review I posted for the game, AND have yet to offer me any compensation for my trouble. I WILL NEVER BUY A GAME ON TARGET.COM EVER AGAIN. Save your time and frustration by getting it on Amazon or Best Buy instead.
