Never going there again

I gave the cashier a $50 bill for a $6.29 purchase. I didn't realize it until I got home that I received change for $20. I called the store and was told the "camera" people are gone for the day and to call back tomorrow afternoon. I reached out to the 1 800 440-0680 number and was told I have to go back to the store. The supervisor said the same thing. He admitted that the store reviews the cameras and audits the store nightly but no one can give me a call. I would have to go back there personally and wait to see if anyone can help me. I asked if a manager could call me. No that is not the way they do customer service. It's my opinion that they don't care that they stole $30 from me.Update: I eventually gave me back my money. The also finally admitted that the register did have an overage. The lied about it before.
