I should have left long ago! 1. They have THE WORST customer service, and i do not take these words lightly, one time we literally started sending them daily emails as we were not hearing back( about something that was making us lose money everyday if not fixed) and after a week or so instead of replying to us with a solution they replied:" it seems you have many open tickets with the same inquiry, I will group them into one ticket for you" OMG they could have answered us instead! it would have taken the same time!2. They removed our subscription before the end of our subscription period and stopped answering: we unsubscribes which means we have until the end of the month ( we planned everything accordingly) as soon as we unsubscribes, our website was no longer reachable.. and guess what?? THEY NEVER REPLIED! lol Im honestly in complete shock at how they still have business running. 3. They have WAY less features than others in the market for more money4. They increased the subscription by a very large amount without our consent at some pointmy honest advise: put your money somewhere you can actually get the value you pay for, many peers of mine are with other platforms and seem to be much happier with what feels like 80% less issues + less money.
