I attempted to pay for a teachable course using a visa debit card issued by WISE (formerly Transferwise), Teachable gives me an "Incorrect Card Number"error.I sign in to my teachable account and try to add a new card. It asks me to try again later.I'm notified by WISE every time there is so much as a card check on my card by any institution and there have been no card checks by teachable on my cardThere is no way to contact support on this issue and the help page makes a generic claim that it is an issue with the bank. How can there be an issue with the bank if no attempt was even made to perform the first step which is a card check.They are using a substandard credit card processor.
