In trying to connect my courses with my website I was unable to get any support from them. They only offer email support (no live chat or phone support) and it took several days for someone to email me back and when they did, they clearly had not read my email so none of the information they provided was usable. I'm now still waiting - it's been 8 days that I've been waiting for help.Updated edit: I saw their response. For the record, I do have a paid plan for which I pay almost $300 a year. This is not enough to warrant live help. The cost if you want live chat help is Professional: $119/month or $99/month when billed annually --- this will not get you phone support which they do not offer.
