Lack of customer care

I have used TeamViewer for many years to assist friends and family with computer issues, and now that I am retired, I still offer occasional help. This year, TeamViewer is targeting commercial users posing as personal users. I am unable to connect, and they flagged my account as commercial. It is an AI decision because I have attempted to connect twice in the past six months. I used their online service to reclaim my personal licence status, but they declined and insisted I had misused the licence. I then had to complete and sign a declaration form stating I am a personal user. I am still waiting for them to reinstate my account for personal use.I won't hold my breath, but if they don't reply soon, I will use AnyDesk.
