I would suggest you buy from a third party. DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM TEENAGE ENGINEERING!!!!They sent me a defective OB-4. I asked for them to set up a return or exchange for a new one. They ignored my emails for two weeks. I luckily ordered with PayPal, which had buyer protection. Within a few hours, they responded. I can see why the option to buy via PayPal is hidden in their check out. After a brief exchange, I was sent a shipping label and sent the OB-4 in its original packaging back to Stockholm. Even though they have received the OB-4, they still haven't released my refund back to me. Teenage Engineering has the highest prices for its products but the worst customer service. They can't even arrange returns. It makes you think overall of the quality of their products and the honestly of their designs.It's been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my refund for my order. What a terrible company.
