I purchased a product from the official store. Having completed the four steps required by entering all the data necessary for shipping, I arrive at the message asking me to execute. the payment, I pay for the product, and that's it, the store doesn't confirm anything to me, I contact support, and they dismiss me by saying with a few words and explanations, that they don't see any payment, even though my bank says it appears perfectly executed, I tried to make it again a purchase and I realize that the store concludes the payment procedure with the bank details pop up but does not record any orders, the cart remains with the item still inserted as if nothing had happened. I'm sorry to leave this negative review, but I can't do anything else because I lost money, I will be ready to give a positive review if things are resolved
