Received a gift subscription at start of December. All worked well for a few days until suddenly stopped working. Apparently the payment didn’t go through. Fine if that’s the case, except I have confirmation from them that it did, and confirmation from the person that gave me the gift that the money has left their account and not been returned. Multiple emails later to customer services, each time a reply usually from someone different, but all responding with a variety of standard scripts and still no resolution.
