I have an annual subscription that started in August 2023. This week they want me to pay £25 a year for puzzles etc. This was not mentioned when I renewed last year. Having paid a year in advance they have in my opinion broken their contract with me by trying to charge me for something I have previously paid for! For a newspaper that has campaigned against mid contract price increases (e.g. BT, Sky and others), this clearly shows a double standard - it is wrong for other companies to do this but OK for the Telegraph.
