John (06/02/2024, 08:54:21): I would like the refund of £19.99 I have had no email to confirm the subscription was coming to an end and the new price would be £19.99 Olivia (06/02/2024, 08:54:55): Your subscription has not come to an end, your subscription started in October 2023 and would have ended in October 2024 John (06/02/2024, 08:55:57): Ok the special offer I signed up for came to an end there has been no email to advise the new payment would be £19.99 therefore I require a refund of £19.99 Olivia (06/02/2024, 08:56:57): Currently we do not send out monthly reminders of the price. The automatic increase after the initial trial period is explained in the terms and conditions which you agreed to when signing up. 5. Cancellation Policy If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your subscription (having chosen any method of payment) at any time during the first 14 days by contacting us and we will give you a full refund. If you cancel after the initial 14 day period of your subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. Your entitlements and subscriber benefits will remain active until this date. There are no refunds for unused parts of your subscription. To ensure that no further payment is taken, cancellation must be processed at least 48 hours before the next payment is due.
