Despite liaising with the Customer Engagement team for a week now, I am still unable to access any content on either the app or website, despite having paid for a subscription to access digital content.I have asked for this issue to be escalated this to an official complaint now, as this is absolutely not acceptable and I am very frustrated that this issue is still ongoing. I have paid for a subscription that they are not providing which is about as criminal as it gets.
