You have to phone to cancel subscription. Then you get the hard sell to keep you subscribed. Phoned yesterday to cancel because they put the price up, was told I could stay at same price, confirmation email tells me I have been put on 6 month contract. Phoned back next day and told 'couldn't cancel yet phone back in a few days'. Sick of this, will never subscribe with this company again.
