Really annoyed that I'm unable to cancel my subscription unless I call during business hours. Funny that the website enables me to UPGRADE my subscription without the need for a phone call. Is this even legal? "Cancel at any time" - yeah right!Either way, this is really bad practice in this day and age - clearly a ploy to hope people roll into their next month because they're unable to cancel outside of business hours. Or forget to cancel after reaching a frustrating dead end.I also really don't like the new app - very hard to read/distinguish between articles. I subscribed on the basis of the old app, which is now inaccessible.
