Well I have been with Telstra both in business and personal. We retired about 3 years ago (both giving 80 a nudge) work up this morning our mobiles had been disconnect 3 hours later still has not been resolved. Have been with Telstra for 40 years plus now cannot receive or make calls at our age this is distressing as we are currently instate and my family will be worried sick. Fortunately whilst I am in a wifi area I can still send and receive texts. My husband has had a stroke previously and also cancer. Just now want to cut our holiday short so we can be near our families in case of an emergency. Telstra you should be ashamed
