Telstra is lying to the customer about the speed and connections they have promised! It's just Terrible! It was an awful online chat with a technician! The technician repeated questions as an AI asked me to reset my modern two times!!! Trying to solve the issues on a Sunday is such a waste of time. However, nothing has been solved. I don't get a connection to my 5G, and 2.4 speed is slow like a dial-up! From this 5-hour conversation, I have got an even worse connection speed than before rest from a Professional technician in Telstra!!!
