Telstra says there is an unexpected NBN outage. This has been going on for over a week and nothing comes up about it on the NBN outage page. Have rung and all you always get is disconnect this, connect that etc with no results. Then always told it will be fixed by tomorrow, which never happens. Ring back and they want to go through the same rigmarole. There is never a result and in my experience it has always been a faulty modem or NBN box. Last time it took going to the telecommunication officer to get a result. After dealing with telstra for 3 months.Hopefully it will not take this to get a fix this time. The runaround and the amount of time, usually a minimum of 2 hours of back and forth, is really unacceptable. Time telstra woke up as their service is not cheap but they treat their customers as people who have no value to them.
