Telstra forcibly put me on paperless bill sending it to my e-mail.From beginning so far so good then all of sudden they removed box which is to send me 6 digits code.Only box left was to send me code by mobile phone which I do not have.Irony is they left writing asking me where I want code to be sent mobile or e-mail,which they removed.Comedy continues I rung them and ask from now on to send my bill by post.All agreed lady told me it will cost me $2.20 to send it by post,which I agree.Then my next bill come by e-mail,which I could not process,not by post as agreed.I would not give any star to Telstra I just want to know what are they smoking I want some.Or could it be forced jab,like they try to force me to have mobile by removing by e-mail box?HEY TELSTRA IF YOU WANT MONEY FROM ME YOU BETTER PUT THAT BOX BY E-MAIL as I'm not getting mobile any time soon.In meantime I'm looking for another provider.Sorry that after 50 years with you I'm looking to divorce you.
