If I could give ZERO stars I would. Firstly they rip you off with NBN home internet so go with iinet they are much better priced and waaaaay faster internet (hot tip)Secondly, you can be in the middle of suburbia and have 1 bar reception - since 5G came out its actually got worse and it's borderline criminal that you should pay for such rubbish services. As a comparison I was in South Africa recently and believe it or not Telstra could take some tips from them in regards to quality reception and service! 3rd world country putting Australia to shame, so well done Telstra you are are winning at being the worst provider in Australia and abroad. Avoid Telstra like the plague, they overcharge for terrible services, look elsewhere hot tip 🔥
