If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are a multi billion dollar organisation that can't complete very simple requests (for my own data!) . As soon as its signing someone up to the network it's 5 star service because these greedy mofos take your money. Once you're in that's it, noone gives a s#$%. Talk to our offshore team that barely speak English and have no idea how to fix issues. I will be taking legal action against Telstra for the incredibly disgraceful service. The government should pull their licence
