Telstra should have to PAY people to use their network rather than the other way around. 4G data download used to be 20 to 30 Mbps. Nothing has changed except their equipment has either failed or has no capacity to handle the number of customers. Today's Speedtest result was (wait for it) 0.16 Mbps download and 29.09 Mbps upload (so it isn't my equipment/network). The 4GX modem has a 4-bar signal strength. The file I needed to download was going to take DAYS and it wasn't even that large. I have 5 months of these woefully poor data speed results to share with anyone interested. (Telstra isn't interested.) If anyone else had sufficient coverage in country WA, everyone would leave Telstra.TELSTRA - fix your equipment or capacity in country WA (the Rosa Brook tower to be more specific). As it is, your 4G network has become useless and not fit for purpose. 'Free' would be paying too much for this quality of service.
